The Square is all about seafood, steaks & barbeque. Try the scallops or our famous mixed grill, baked in the Josper oven over hot coals, the flavour is simply amazing. They work with local suppliers to ensure they always have the freshest fish & seafood whenever possible. Their steaks are cooked at around 400 degrees, seared on the outside to keep the juices in and served just the way you ordered them on the inside. The “John Stone” Cote de Bouef for two is well worth a try. Barbeque… we're talking Aberdeen Angus beef burger, St Louis pork ribs and spice rubbed, smoked, slow cooked brisket.
